Three-storey house by Pierre Hebbelinck
This unusually-looking house is the piece of work of Pierre Hebbelinck from Atelier d'architecture. Really, the house every bit non built from scratch. It was more similar a brand-over. The business firm sits on an irregularly shaped lot so everything has been a claiming. In lodge to make it suitable for the new owners, the architect needed to make some changes. He wanted to reveal the history and dazzler of this traditional building so several desperate deportment had to be taken.

But instead of concealing it, Pierre Hebbelinck though it would be better to bring it back to light. He also wanted to reveal the true history and life of this construction so he only immune windows to exist added to the ground floor. On the upper floors, some thick cylindrical glass cake have been added, allowing for interesting light effects both inside and outside.

The new improver was a zinc construction containing the staircase that has a contrasting modern appearance. Even so, the house needed a modern touch. The combination really looks skilful. The traditional architectural structure of the existing house needed a mod touch on and that's exactly what it got.
